Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based real estate clients
• Close sales and convert qualified leads into successful deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activity

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English (American accent preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling sales and objections
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or call center is preferred but not mandatory
• Female candidates only (as per campaign requirements)
