Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through calls, site visits, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits confidently.
- Build relationships and follow up with clients to close sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team, developers, and internal departments.
- Participate in marketing activities, property events, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
