Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in New Cairo. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, presenting property options, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Other tasks include staying updated on the real estate market, assessing client needs, maintaining property listings, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Real Property, Real Estate, and Real Estate sales principles
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • A valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
