Real Estate Secondary and Offplan Agent

Position Overview:
We are hiring Real Estate Agents with at least 1 year of experience in the Dubai property market—ideally with exposure to off-plan and secondary market sales. This is a commission-based role with exceptional earning potential, ideal for driven individuals ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting both off-plan and ready properties.
• Present and promote off-plan projects from top-tier developers.
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations with professionalism.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions efficiently.
• Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and new launches.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan & Secondary market experience is a plus).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and developers.
• Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
