About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Secondary Sales Agent Specialist to join our real estate team. In this role, you will focus on the resale (secondary) property market, helping clients buy, sell, and negotiate existing property transactions. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of secondary property sales, including prospecting, listing, marketing, showing, and closing deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and property values.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, offering expert advice on market trends, negotiation strategies, and documentation.
- Coordinate property viewings and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, landlords, and other brokers.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in secondary market (resale) transactions.
- Valid real estate license or certification (if required in your region).
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and pricing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in the secondary real estate market.
- Experience with property valuation and comparative market analysis (CMA).
- Fluency in multiple languages (optional, depending on region).
