Real Estate Setter
Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time
As a Real Estate Appointment Setter, you are the first point of contact for potential real estate investors and buyers. You engage with cold and inbound real estate leads, qualify their interest, and schedule high-quality appointments with our advisory team.
You do not sell properties - you ensure that only serious, qualified prospects move forward into advisory conversations.
Responsibilities
- Call cold and inbound real estate leads and manage conversations professionally
- Qualify prospects using a structured framework (budget, intent, timeline, readiness)
- Secure and schedule consultation appointments with real estate advisors
- Confirm appointments and follow up to ensure strong attendance rates
- Document all activity, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system
- Maintain disciplined follow-up routines and pipeline hygiene
- Share relevant lead insights with the advisory team and support process improvement
Your Profile
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and high call volumes
- Clear, confident, professional communication style
- Results-driven, disciplined, and consistent
- Organized and reliable; able to follow structured processes
- Experience in appointment setting, sales support, SDR, or call-based roles is a plus
