We are a growing leasing agency looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Showing Agent who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the drive to keep pushing until results happen. No license required.

This is a commission based 1099 independent contractor position with strong earning potential for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

* Show apartments to prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.

* Build trust and strong relationships with clients.

* Generate new opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.

* Follow up with leads and keep deals moving forward.

* Guide prospects through the rental process from first contact to approval.

* Coordinate showings efficiently and maintain organized communication.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong people skills and confidence speaking with others.

* Self motivated with a strong work ethic.

* Persistent attitude, does not take no as a final answer.

* Positive mindset and not easily discouraged.

* Sales or closing experience is a plus.

* Customer service experience is a plus.

* Bilingual is a plus.

* Reliable car for transportation.

* Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
