Real Estate Showing Agent– We need Agents to show our Properties (Licensed Only)

We are a South Florida based luxury real estate brokerage serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and the Treasure Coast.
We provide active agents with consistent rental showing opportunities and full support to grow their own business.

We pay $250 per showing that signs a lease.

Agent Responsibilities

• Contact warm inbound leads
• Schedule and conduct rental property showings
• Update the CRM after each appointment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
• Conduct your own business and pursue sales transactions

Compensation
Pay varies based on:

• Number of showings that close
• Number of your own closed rental or sales transactions
• Level of agent activity and availability

Top agents typically earn consistent weekly income by assisting with showings, with the potential for significantly higher earnings from personal transactions.

• Reliable transportation

We are hiring are currently looking for an agent in Broward that can start right away.

Pay: $50,263.86 - $60,532.82 per year
