Top Westchester County real estate agent seeking a reliable, organized Social Media Assistant to manage Instagram content focused on homes for sale, new listings, market updates, and local real estate content.

You will take photos and videos of properties, listings, and behind-the-scenes real estate contentand turn them into clean, engaging posts and Reels.

This is a simple, execution-focused role—speed, consistency, and attention to detail matter most.

Responsibilities

• Post consistently on Instagram (Reels, posts, and stories)
• Create Reels featuring:
• New listings
• Just sold properties
• Open houses
• Local market updates (Harrison, Rye, Purchase, Westchester)
• Edit videos with music, text overlays, and captions
• Add voiceovers to highlight property features and market insights
• Write short captions using real estate keywords (homes for sale, Westchester real estate, Harrison NY homes, etc.)
• Keep content organized and posted on schedule
• Turn around listing content quickly when properties go live

Requirements

• Comfortable using Instagram
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Able to add music and voiceovers to Reels
• Organized, responsive, and reliable
• Able to follow direction and work quickly
• Interest in real estate, homes, or local markets is a plus
