You are looking at one of the most unique volunteer internships available right now. This is your chance to apply your creativity in real life business scenarios across multiple real estate companies and brands, each with its own audience, voice, and purpose. You will not be watching tutorials or sitting through training sessions. You will be creating real content for real companies from day one.

What You Will Be Creating

Your main focus will be creating professional picture designs and visual content for several different real estate companies and brands. This includes luxury real estate, commercial real estate, educational content, and other specialized segments. Each brand operates across major social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

At the beginning, the work will center around creating high quality picture designs using tools like Canva, stock photography platforms, and image editing tools. As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities to move into video editing and written articles such as blog posts and long form content that gets posted across channels and websites.

You will receive raw content and brand direction, and your job is to turn that into polished, customized designs and content that is ready to post. Whenever something goes out, the quality needs to be as high as possible. If anything needs enhancement or adjustments, we make sure it is right before it goes live.

How This Works

This is a volunteer intern position. There is no formal training program. It is learning by doing. You apply your skills in real business scenarios, you get feedback, and you improve. You will have full creative responsibility and complete ownership of the content you produce. The goal is for you to operate independently once you understand the mission and the standards for each brand.

You can be involved for as long as you would like to contribute. This is meant for a creative person who wants to take what they know and apply it across real niche business sectors where their work actually gets used and seen by real audiences.
