Elite Malin Real Estate is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate and grow our real estate sales team in Dubai.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, strategic, and result-oriented, not just a supervisor on paper.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

* Conduct daily follow-ups with team members and track performance

* Provide real training in real estate sales & closing techniques

* Distribute leads and monitor follow-ups

* Attend client meetings and support high-value deals

* Prepare weekly performance reports

* Build a strong sales culture and discipline within the team

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai real estate market

* Proven leadership experience with sales teams

* Strong closing skills

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Experience with leads and CRM systems

* Fluent in English +Arabic

* Strong personality and fast decision-maker

* Must be active & field-oriented, not desk-only

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
