We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents
• Support deal closures and client management
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching
• Coordinate with marketing and admin teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader (Dubai market preferred)
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales team
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
