We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to manage, expand, and inspire a high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to consistently achieve targets
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents
• Support the team with deal closures and client relationship management
• Track performance, provide regular coaching, and drive improvements
• Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to support sales activity

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (Dubai market preferred)
• Strong track record in building and managing successful sales teams
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Dubai Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
