We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to build, manage, and scale our Off-Plan Sales Team in Dubai.
This role is for a leader who leads from the front, understands the Dubai off-plan market, and can consistently convert leads into high-value closings while mentoring agents to perform at their best.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage off-plan real estate agents
Lead daily sales activities and set clear weekly/monthly targets
Handle developer relationships, project launches, and inventory updates
Support agents in negotiations, deal structuring, and closing strategies
Monitor KPIs, conversion ratios, and team performance
Maintain high discipline, accountability, and motivation within the team
Ensure compliance with RERA and company sales standards
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2–4 years of Dubai real estate experience
Strong off-plan sales background (mandatory)
Proven experience leading or mentoring sales teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with strong leadership discipline
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience)
