Vahedna Real Estate is looking for a Russian-speaking Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Russian speaker (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years UAE real estate experience
• Proven leadership or team handling experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• RERA certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of property consultants
• Drive sales and achieve team targets
• Train, support, and motivate agents
• Assist in closing deals and handling clients
