Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader / Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Dubai real estate market, proven leadership skills, and the ability to generate high-quality leads and close deals successfully.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage a sales team, drive performance, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial properties
- Proven experience in team management and sales supervision
- Ability to generate leads through networking, portals, and marketing channels
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Knowledge of property portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
- UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the real estate sales team
- Generate and assign quality leads to team members
- Develop sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build strong relationships with investors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance
- Maintain strong market knowledge and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Ensure professional customer service and follow-up process
