Job Title: Real Estate Tele Sales Executive

Job Overview:
Lakhani Group is looking for a driven and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive with experience in real estate. The selected candidate will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 150+ outbound calls daily to potential clients
  • Promote and sell real estate projects via telephone
  • Respond to client inquiries with accurate and relevant information
  • Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate telesales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent phone handling and persuasive abilities
