Job Overview:
Lakhani Group is offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are motivated, confident, and eager to start their career in real estate sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting in closing sales while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Promote and explain real estate projects over the phone
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
