Location: Full-time, On-site – SHEIKH ZAYED ROAD Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role focuses on contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, promoting real estate projects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads
• Qualify and nurture leads for off-plan and secondary market projects
• Present real estate opportunities professionally over the phone
• Schedule meetings for sales consultants and relationship managers
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in tele sales or call center sales (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English,HINDI (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
