Overview

We are seeking a confident and proactive Real Estate Telecaller to contact property owners, verify if their properties are for sale or rent, collect updated pricing, and negotiate regularly to ensure we maintain the most competitive and fresh listings. The role also includes coordinating access to properties for buyer viewings and keeping all records updated.

Key Responsibilities1. Owner Outreach (Calls & WhatsApp)

  • Make daily outbound calls to property owners.
  • Send WhatsApp messages to confirm if a property is available for sale or rent.
  • Assess the owner’s seriousness, timeline, and expectations.
  • Maintain professional, courteous communication at all times.

2. Pricing Collection & Negotiation

  • Ask owners for current asking prices.
  • Negotiate weekly to secure the most competitive pricing.
  • Update prices based on market changes or owner adjustments.
  • Ensure all listings remain fresh, accurate, and verified.

3. Stock / Listing Management

  • Maintain a clean, updated list of available properties.
  • Categorize properties (available, under negotiation, sold, rented, on hold).
  • Follow up regularly with owners to keep information current.
  • Update internal records/CRM with the latest details.

4. Viewing Coordination

  • Arrange access for buyer viewings with owners or tenants.
  • Coordinate gate passes and building access as required.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling and communication with the sales team.

5. Reporting

  • Share daily progress on calls, WhatsApp conversations, pricing updates, and owner feedback.
  • Inform the sales team immediately about hot leads, price drops, or distressed deals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone + WhatsApp).
  • Confident negotiator with good follow-up discipline.
  • Organized and able to keep property data updated.
  • Experience in real estate telecalling is an advantage (but training can be provided).
  • Good English; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable making high volumes of calls daily.

Performance Indicators

  • Number of owners contacted daily.
  • Number of updated and active listings maintained.
  • Negotiated pricing improvements weekly.
  • Successful coordination of buyer viewings.
  • Accuracy and freshness of property data.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 – 5 per week
