We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our real estate. We are providing salary plus commission for each deals closed by agent.
Responsibility:
- Qualify leads (budget, timeline, property preferences) before passing to sales agents
- Handle inbound inquiries from portals and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Re-engage old leads and database (follow-up strategy)
- Coordinate with sales agents to ensure smooth client handover
- Update CRM with accurate notes after each interaction
- Send project details, brochures, and payment plans to clients
- Support marketing campaigns by calling campaign leads
- Track daily performance (calls, leads, conversions)
- Maintain professional communication representing the company brand
- Handle client objections and basic queries about projects
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales/telecalling in real estate
- Strong communication skills
- German or French required
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
