Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-focused Forex Telecaller to promote our forex trading services and generate quality leads through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain forex trading services and account details
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call and lead records in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with sales and retention teams
