We are seeking a Real Estate Escrow Title Closer to join our thriving title company. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Prepare, conduct, and finalize real estate closings.
• Balance CD's and HUDs
• Prepare closing Docs
• Scheduling Closings, updating clients on files
• Responding to emails and phone calls, ordering title updates
• Obtaining funding approvals
• Ordering updates, ensure recordings are completed
• Handling post closing corrections
• Communicate with clients and real estate agents clearly and effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.
• Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.
• Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
• Competent in written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in Qualia is highly preferred.
• Notary Public required.
