The candidate should be a real estate professional with a deep knowledge of the title industry, and roots planted in the Cleveland community. The ability to represent the Company with credibility and confidence is imperative. The role will also focus on cultivating new relationships, and driving strategic growth, all while upholding our long-standing reputation and reinforcing our forward-thinking, innovative approach to the title industry.

Duties

• Assist clients in understanding and selecting title insurance to protect their property interests
• Assist with file preparation and escrow balancing to close files
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of property titles, including reviewing public records, legal documents, and lien histories
• Negotiate terms with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing referral partners while actively developing new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and clearly explaining complex insurance concepts
• Drive business efforts to expand the organization's footprint and market presence
• implement and leverage modern title software, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Experience

• Proven experience in sales with a focus on real estate or insurance products
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures and client interactions
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Softpro or other title software preferred
• Analysis skills for reviewing legal documents, property records, and lien histories effectively
• Experience in customer service roles within the insurance or real estate sectors is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
