Real Estate Title Processor (Full Time/PartTime)

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Processor to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title processing or loan processing and a thorough understanding of title and mortgage servicing, and underwriting. This role is crucial in ensuring that all title documents are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to seamless closings. We are looking for a full-time employee. Salary subject to experience. Will train as needed, but must have some experience in Mortgage and/or Title industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title documents.
• Coordinate with loan officers, escrow agents, realtors and attorneys to gather necessary documentation.
• Prepare files for closing

Requirements

• Proven experience in processing or related roles within industry.
• Previous experience in title company is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
