This is not a salaried or hourly role. This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in real estate with the support of a team that is serious about production, service, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of building a real estate business
  • Participate in training, coaching, and accountability activities
  • Build and grow a database of contacts and relationships
  • Follow team systems for communication, follow-up, and organization
  • Engage in lead generation and relationship-building activities
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and client service
  • Represent Team Taylor and KW Platform professionally in person, online, and in communication
  • Develop the skills needed to convert opportunities into clients and closings over time

Pay: $54,272.00 - $286,366.00 per year
