Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including scheduling contractors, preparing and reviewing disclosures, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using office management software and data entry tools such as Google Workspace and BrokerMINT
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, real estate attorneys, and vendors via phone and email to ensure timely updates and responses
- Manage calendar appointments, deadlines, and scheduling for transaction milestones using calendar management tools
- Oversee document filing, proofreading, and data entry to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track transaction expenses and commissions
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment; real estate or related industry experience is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, etc.), and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques
