Position Overview:
The Transaction Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative aspects of the escrow and closing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with real estate files from contract to closing, ensuring compliance with all brokerage and state requirements.
- Data entry into various systems.
- Ensure all necessary signatures, documentation, and disclosures are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital files and update transaction management systems.
- Order reports as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise to keep transactions on schedule.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior experience with CA real estate is required.
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with experience using real estate transaction management software (ReZen, Skyslope, Brokermint, Command, etc.).
- Active CA Real estate license a plus, but not required.
