Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Assistant (2+ years experience)

Position Overview:
The Transaction Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative aspects of the escrow and closing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating systems of organization, and takes pride in delivering a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with real estate files from contract to closing, ensuring compliance with all brokerage and state requirements.
  • Data entry into various systems.
  • Ensure all necessary signatures, documentation, and disclosures are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized digital files and update transaction management systems.
  • Order reports as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise to keep transactions on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prior experience with CA real estate is required.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using real estate transaction management software (ReZen, Skyslope, Brokermint, Command, etc.).
  • Active CA Real estate license a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
