Real Estate Transactions Attorney/Bank loan closing attorney

Attorneys with 2-3 years experience in real estate transactions and bank closings. Negotiate contracts for the purchase and sale of Co-ops, condos and single family homes. Conduct due diligence. Handle dual representation as buyer attorney and bank attorney. Prepare closing instructions, coordinate closings, attend closings, communicate with clients, attorneys, managing agents and title companies. Prepare ACRIS documents, review and resolve title issues. Prepare loan closing documents for banks including closing disclosure statements. Minimum of 2 years experience handling bank closings from start to finish is required. Do not apply if you have not closed bank loans.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
