What You'll Actually Do

You own the numbers. That means assessing property values from comps, market data, and condition; calculating what we can pay (ARV, repairs, max offer); and handing acquisitions a number they can act on with confidence. When you flag a deal, the team listens. When you kill one, you just saved us money.

• Analyze and underwrite off-market investment deals
• Run properties through our valuation system and produce a defensible offer
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with acquisitions on pricing and strategy
• Keep clean, organized records — your notes drive the sales team's decisions
• Spot when the market shifts before the model does

Who We Want

• 2+ years in underwriting, valuation, mortgage, or real estate analysis (a strong finance/accounting/math background can substitute)
• Someone who enjoys being precise — detail errors here cost real money
• Sharp enough to turn messy data into a confident decision
• Clear written and spoken English
• Coachable, accountable, owns the outcome — no hand-holding required
• Comfortable working US business hours
