Estata Ist (Syrahost WU) is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Real Estate Valuation Specialist to join our team in Al Sadd, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property valuations, market assessments, and preparing accurate valuation reports for residential and commercial real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and market research
• Prepare detailed real estate valuation reports
• Analyze market trends and comparable property data
• Support clients with accurate property assessments
• Maintain compliance with local real estate valuation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of real estate valuation principles and market analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in real estate valuation is preferred

Compensation

• Average Monthly Salary: QAR 18,200
