Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use assets
- Prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports for clients, banks, legal entities, and internal use
- Analyze market data, zoning regulations, sales history, and comparable properties
- Inspect and measure properties, assess conditions, and identify influencing factors
- Use valuation software and models to support cost, market, and income-based approaches
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders in writing and in person
- Maintain valuation records, documentation, and audit trails for compliance
- Ensure all reports meet RICS Red Book standards
- Liaise with property owners, agents, legal teams, and local authorities
- Monitor real estate market trends, yields, and macroeconomic indicators
- Support due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, financing, or legal disputes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
Required Qualifications and Skills
- MRICS or FRICS designation (Valuation Pathway)
- Minimum 1–2 years of valuation experience
- Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book Global Standards
- Experience with Argus, Excel, and valuation platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments
