Real Estate Valuator (RICS Certified)

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use assets
  • Prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports for clients, banks, legal entities, and internal use
  • Analyze market data, zoning regulations, sales history, and comparable properties
  • Inspect and measure properties, assess conditions, and identify influencing factors
  • Use valuation software and models to support cost, market, and income-based approaches
  • Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders in writing and in person
  • Maintain valuation records, documentation, and audit trails for compliance
  • Ensure all reports meet RICS Red Book standards
  • Liaise with property owners, agents, legal teams, and local authorities
  • Monitor real estate market trends, yields, and macroeconomic indicators
  • Support due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, financing, or legal disputes
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • MRICS or FRICS designation (Valuation Pathway)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of valuation experience
  • Strong knowledge of RICS Red Book Global Standards
  • Experience with Argus, Excel, and valuation platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments
