Real Estate Videographer

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Work closely with real estate agents, property managers, and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting, staging, and camera angles to highlight the best features of each property.
• Edit and produce engaging video content, including virtual tours, promotional clips, and property showcases.
• Ensure that all video content meets the company's standards for quality and aligns with branding guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video production techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve video content.
• Manage video equipment and maintain it in good working condition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in capturing real estate videos.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of real estate photography and videography techniques.
• Experience with various video equipment, including cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous real estate video work is required.
