Real Estate Videographer

We are in need of a Real Estate Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying a picture is worth a thousand words’ is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio.

Compensation:

$21 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the video shoot to help ensure the best visual results
• Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
• Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients
• Ability to edit and manipulate lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality videos
• Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
• Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required
• Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
