Real Estate Videographer

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer/ Photographer with mandatory experience in the Dubai real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality property videos, agent reels, promotional content, and social media visuals for luxury and residential properties across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional property walkthrough videos, reels, and promotional content
• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and drone footage of properties
• Edit videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with real estate agents and marketing teams
• Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Handle lighting, camera setup, audio, and post-production
• Ensure fast turnaround time for property listings and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content

Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous videography experience in Dubai real estate market
• Strong portfolio of real estate video projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, gimbal, and drone equipment
• Knowledge of luxury property presentation and social media trends
• Strong editing, storytelling, and cinematography skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shoots

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for luxury real estate brands
• Knowledge of Dubai property areas and developer projects
