Real Estate Videographer

Job Summary

Duties

• Film high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties, capturing their best features with professional videography techniques
• Edit footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to create polished final products
• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance property presentations and highlight key selling points
• Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content aligned with branding strategies
• Capture professional photography of properties to complement video content for online listings and marketing materials
• Maintain organized files of raw footage, edited videos, and project assets for efficient workflow

Experience

• Proven experience in videography and video production, preferably within real estate or marketing environments
• Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
• Skilled in photography using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for image enhancement
• Knowledge of motion graphics creation and visual effects to produce engaging property videos
• Familiarity with filming techniques including camera operation, lighting setup, and framing for interior and exterior shots
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
