Real Estate Videographer — Recurring Paid Project Work (Cleveland)

Position Type: Contract / 1099 (per-shoot basis)

Compensation: $150–$250 per shoot, depending on scope and edit deliverables. Potential for 18–36 paid shoots per year.

About Us:

Heath Brothers Section 8 is a Cleveland-based real estate company that renovates distressed homes into turnkey, inspection-ready Section 8 rental properties for investors nationwide. We close 6–12 properties per year on Cleveland's East Side, each backed by a Section 8 inspection guarantee. We're scaling our content and marketing operation and need a reliable videographer to grow with us.

About the Role:

We're hiring a student or recent graduate to be our recurring videographer. Each property in our pipeline gets three video shoots across its renovation lifecycle:

• Pre-renovation walkthrough — the "before" condition, before any work begins
• Mid-renovation progress — visible transformation underway (cabinets, flooring, fixtures)
• Finished property / listing walkthrough — the polished "after" for marketing and listing use

This is per-project, recurring work. With 6–12 properties per year, you'd have steady, predictable shoots without the unpredictability of one-off gigs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Capture property walkthroughs at the three stages above
• Deliver raw footage plus basic edits suitable for Instagram, YouTube, and listing pages
• Coordinate scheduling with our general contractor and operations team (1–2 weeks advance notice)
• Travel to property locations on Cleveland's East Side (Slavic Village, Glenville, Hough, and nearby neighborhoods)

What We're Looking For:

• A short portfolio with real estate, interior, or commercial video samples (required to apply)
• Your own equipment — camera, stabilization, basic lighting
• Ability to deliver edited content within 5–7 days of each shoot
• Reliable communication and the ability to commit to scheduled dates
• A drone and FAA Part 107 certification is a plus, not a requirement
• No prior real estate experience needed — we'll get you up to speed
