Real Estate Videographer/Photographer (Contract)- DFW Based

Sharp Frame Media is looking for an experienced videographer/photographer with a strong eye for composition, motion, and architectural storytelling to capture high-end residential and commercial properties across the DFW area.

About the Role

As a videographer with Sharp Frame Media, you will capture cinematic walkthrough video, aerial footage, professional real estate photography, and occasional interview-style footage for residential and commercial properties & clients.

You will work on a variety of projects ranging from luxury homes and ranch estates to commercial developments and hospitality spaces.

Video production is the primary focus of this role, however candidates must also be comfortable capturing high-quality real estate photography when required.

Our team handles editing and delivery, allowing you to focus on what you do best: capturing compelling footage and imagery that showcase the design, scale, and experience of a space.

Responsibilities

• Capture cinematic interior and exterior video footage of residential and commercial properties
• Capture interview-style footage with clients, agents, or design professionals including framing, lighting, and audio setup when required
• Film smooth walkthrough sequences using a gimbal or stabilizer
• Capture drone video and aerial photography when required
• Capture professional real estate photography of properties when scheduled
• Work efficiently on-site while maintaining high visual standards
• Pay close attention to composition, lighting, and camera movement
• Represent Sharp Frame Media professionally when interacting with clients
• Upload raw photos and footage to our cloud storage system following each shoot
• Maintain consistent availability (minimum 20 hours per week, 3-5 days) and punctuality for scheduled shoots

Qualifications

We are looking for videographers who already have a solid foundation in professional video production and photography.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong understanding of camera movement, exposure, and composition
• Ability to capture smooth, intentional footage in tight interior spaces
• Experience capturing high-quality real estate photography
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication and reliability
• Ability to work independently on location
• Experience filming real estate walkthrough videos or architectural interiors is strongly preferred

Equipment Requirements

Candidates must own professional equipment including:

• Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera(s)
• Camera(s) must be capable of capturing a minimum of 24 megapixel photos
• Camera(s) must be capable of capturing 4K video at 60fps
• Camera(s) must be capable of bracketing at least 3 exposures at 2 stops apart
• Wide-angle zoom lens suitable for interiors (16mm–24mm minimum)
• Standard zoom lens (24–70mm range)
• Motorized gimbal or stabilizer for smooth walkthrough video
• Sturdy tripod
• Drone with FAA Part 107 certification (UAS Certificate required)
• Reliable vehicle for travel to shoots
• High-speed internet (25 Mbps+) for uploading large photo and video files
