Real Estate Videography Intern (Property Tours & Social Media Content)

Job Description:

An established Southern California real estate brokerage is seeking a Videography Intern to support property marketing and digital content creation.

This internship focuses on creating video content for property listings and local area features, including property walkthroughs and city/neighborhood tours. The role provides hands-on experience in real estate media production and social media content development.

Role Overview:

The Videography Intern will assist with filming and producing video content for residential properties and local communities. This includes capturing walkthrough tours, neighborhood highlights, and short-form videos for online platforms.

The position is designed for individuals interested in developing practical skills in videography, content creation, and digital marketing within a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Film property walkthrough videos for residential listings
• Capture video content of local neighborhoods, amenities, and city highlights
• Assist with short-form video creation for social media platforms
• Support on-site media sessions, including basic setup and coordination
• Organize and manage video files and digital assets
• Collaborate with team members on content ideas and scheduling
• Assist with basic video editing (if applicable)
• Participate in team meetings and content planning discussions

Requirements:

• Interest in videography, media production, marketing, or real estate
• Basic experience with video recording (smartphone or camera)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable transportation for local property and city visits
• Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
• Professional communication skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience editing video using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Interest in real estate, local communities, or visual storytelling

Internship Details:

• Part-time, flexible schedule (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
• Daytime availability preferred
• Academic credit may be available, if applicable
