Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer & SEO Expert

Jobs Description: Think Properties Real Estate is seeking a skilled and motivated Full stack Web Developer | PHP and Laravel & SEO Expert | to join our real estate team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites and web-based platforms that effectively showcase property listings, facilitate lead generation, and align with our brand identity and to ensure a website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and functions well. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a keen understanding of user experience, particularly within the context of the real estate industry. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of delivering seamless and high-performing digital solutions for property buyers, sellers, and investors.

Salary: AED 3500-5,000 (depending on the experience) + Commissions & Incentives

Medical Insurance and employment visa provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

· Knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript

· Create landing pages for company website.

· Knowledge of Google SEO and Google AdWords is a mandatory.

· Ensure the website is visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.

· Maintain website security, plugins, and backups.

· Handle Social Media Posts and create flyers and content for social media, email marketing.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

· Track website analytics and support marketing campaigns with web-based tools and reports.

· Stay current with real estate tech trends, digital marketing, and best practices in web development.

· Monitoring website traffic and troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience.

Qualifications:

· At least 5+ years of web development and SEO HTML/CSS development experience is required.

· Candidate should be in UAE overseas candidates please don’t apply.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· Foundational knowledge of both front-end and back-end web development

· Good knowledge of website design and UI

· Proficiency in Web Designing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Eagerness to learn and stay current with emerging web technologies and real estate tech tools

· Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
