We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly motivated Real Estate Team Leader to lead, mentor, and grow our high-performing sales team. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving exceptional results, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop new and existing agents.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional standards across the team.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Previous experience leading a real estate team is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Valid real estate license/certification (if applicable).
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
