We are expanding our digital presence and looking for an SEO Specialist with proven experience in Dubai real estate to drive visibility, leads, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored for Dubai real estate.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify ranking opportunities for off-plan and secondary properties.
• Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize digital content.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and Dubai real estate trends.
• Drive improvements in website traffic, lead generation, and keyword rankings.

Requirements:

• Proven SEO experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory).
• Deep knowledge of real estate keywords, buyer trends, and market insights.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Experience with WordPress, CRM systems, and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
