Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Agent
Location: Pondicherry

Experience: 5-6(Real Estate experience preferred)

About Us

We are a growing real estate and construction company handling multiple residential, commercial, and land development projects. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Agents to join our team and support our sales and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, and online platforms.
• Handle enquiries and convert leads into site visits.
• Explain property details, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
• Coordinate and schedule client site visits with the sales and site team.
• Maintain client follow-up through calls, messages, and CRM updates.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support digital team for property photos/videos when required.
• Understand market trends, competitor properties, and customer needs.

Skills Required

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing (preferred).
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).

Qualifications

• Any degree / Diploma.
• Experienced candidates can apply.
• Real estate field marketing experience will be an added advantage.
