What you'll do

• Represent buyers and sellers across the Reno-Sparks and Carson Valley metro area
• Generate and convert leads through personal networks, referrals, and team resources
• Attend weekly team trainings, coaching calls, and accountability check-ins
• Collaborate with team members on open houses, listings, and client events
• Build long-term relationships with clients and your community
• Utilize our systems, CRM, and tools to manage your pipeline efficiently

What we're looking for

• Active Nevada real estate license (or currently in pre-licensing)
• Relational, people-first approach to sales - you lead with service
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow your business
• Coachable - you welcome feedback and show up ready to learn
• Community-rooted and genuinely connected in Reno-Sparks
• Comfortable with accountability - you treat your business like a business
• Minimum production of 6 closings per year
