Job Summary
Weekend Realtor for Custom Home Model, where you will play a pivotal role in engaging prospective buyers. This energetic position combines sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills.. As the face of our model home, you will guide potential clients , answer their questions, and foster relationships that turn interest into successful sales.

Duties

• Conduct engaging and informative tours of model home, highlighting features and benefits to prospective buyers
• Build rapport with visitors through excellent customer service and active listening
• Assist clients in understanding the custom home building process, and community amenities
• Maintain detailed records of visitor interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
