This is a full-time on-site role for a Realtor / Property advisor The Candidate will be responsible for real estate development, sales, customer service, and managing a team of 3-6 Agents on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle residential property sales and leasing transactions end-to-end
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through company CRM and portals
  • Supervise and coach a team of 3–6 real estate agents
  • Monitor team performance, follow-ups, and deal closures
  • Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and market-ready
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing support
  • Provide market insights and pricing advice to clients
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage (Bahrain market preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems
  • Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
