This is a full-time on-site role for a Realtor / Property advisor The Candidate will be responsible for real estate development, sales, customer service, and managing a team of 3-6 Agents on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential property sales and leasing transactions end-to-end
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through company CRM and portals
- Supervise and coach a team of 3–6 real estate agents
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and market-ready
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing support
- Provide market insights and pricing advice to clients
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage (Bahrain market preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems
- Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
