Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions
• Follow proven listing and marketing systems
• Manage leads and client communication through the CRM
• Participate in weekly training and business planning sessions
• Build relationships and grow your real estate business

Tools and Support Provided

• AI-powered CRM with automation and lead management
• Done-for-you marketing website and funnels
• Seller lead targeting and listing playbooks
• Weekly live training and coaching sessions
• Business dashboards to track performance

Income Opportunities

• Real estate commissions

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in at least one U.S. state (or currently pursuing one)
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable using technology and digital marketing tools
• Interested in building a long-term real estate business

Compensation

Commission-based. Independent contractor position with significant earning potential for agents who follow the system and consistently execute.
