We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Realty UI/UX Designer to elevate the digital experience for our real estate platform. In this role, you will craft engaging, user-centered interfaces and seamless user experiences that empower clients and agents alike. Your expertise will drive the design of intuitive web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and visual appeal. <Responsibilities>

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to communicate concepts clearly.
• Design responsive web interfaces optimized for various devices including desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform iterative design improvements.
• Create engaging data visualizations and interactive elements that enhance user understanding of property data and analytics.
• Apply UX best practices such as information architecture, user flows, interaction design, layout design, and accessibility standards to ensure an intuitive experience.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and web analytics platforms to analyze user behavior and refine designs for better engagement.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in front-end development with proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React; familiarity with React Express is a plus.
• Strong background in digital design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design tailored for real estate or e-commerce platforms.
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and requirements gathering using tools like Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, Zeplin, or similar software.
• Deep understanding of usability principles, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive web design techniques.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and product development processes.
• Experience working with APIs (RESTful API), data analysis (SQL), and integrating analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal is advantageous.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret user research data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly across teams while maintaining a user-focused approach. Pay: $54,164.91 - $65,230.87 per year
