Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support our aerospace manufacturing operations in Tempe, AZ. This role is focused on the accurate intake, verification, and documentation of incoming materials used in a controlled, quality-driven production environment.
This is not a high-throughput distribution or fulfillment role. The work centers on material traceability, documentation accuracy, and adherence to defined procedures, where every shipment must be fully verified and properly recorded before being released to inventory or production.
The ideal candidate is someone who works well in structured environments, values consistency and accuracy, and is comfortable following established processes without deviation. Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, medical device, automotive, or ISO-certified manufacturing is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Do:

Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and certification.

Ensure all required documentation is complete before materials are accepted or released.

Accurately label and track materials to maintain full traceability.

Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams.

Enter receiving data into ERP/inventory systems with a high level of accuracy.

Maintain organized receiving and warehouse areas.

Support inventory counts and audits.

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and aerospace quality standards
What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of receiving, or inventory experience (manufacturing preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly as written.

Basic computer skills (ERP or inventory systems a plus).

Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and material certifications.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Forklift experience or certification is a plus
Preferred:

Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with AS9100/NADCAP quality standards.

Understanding of material traceability, lot control, or inventory systems
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Standing, walking, bending for extended periods
