This position handles a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks. Must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily vendor ordering and follow-up

Receives supplies and delivers to units as needed

Documents and inventories incoming products
-
Monitors inventory supplies by walking units to determine needs
-
Maintains in stock items required for the facility and re-orders when necessary
-
Implements and maintains inventory control and keeps updated reports
-
Manages relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract
-
Reviews supplies to ensure quality

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
Requirements
-
High school degree or equivalent required
-
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Receiving/Supply Clerk
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Outstanding organizational skills and record keeping

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to be flexible, resourceful, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
