This position handles a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks. Must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Daily vendor ordering and follow-up
  • Receives supplies and delivers to units as needed
  • Documents and inventories incoming products
  • Monitors inventory supplies by walking units to determine needs
  • Maintains in stock items required for the facility and re-orders when necessary
  • Implements and maintains inventory control and keeps updated reports
  • Manages relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract
  • Reviews supplies to ensure quality
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Receiving/Supply Clerk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
